We can carry out repairs to water mains or install additional spurs to new garden taps, outhouses, garages, etc as well as horse paddocks and stables.

The images above show a new coupler, we installed between the metal water main entering under a fence onto the property and the (blue) MDPE  pipe, which takes the mains water into the house.

We always have a stock of MDPE pipe, in both the common sizes of 20mm and 25mm, and an assortment of different fittings.

We can connect -

metal to MDPE

MDPE to MDPE - equal or reduced

MDPE to 15mm or 22mm copper/plastic pipework

The images above show the process we had to follow in repairing a leaking underground metal pipe supplying mains water to a tap in a stable yard.

We used our concrete breaker to access the pipe, which was then cut, the rust and dirt was cleaned off to give a good surface on to which to install the metal to MDPE adaptor.

Once the adaptor is in place, the new blue MDPE pipe was installed terminating in a new tap on a wall plate to allow the customer to mount the tap on a wood or metal post at a later date.

A stopcock was installed in a nearby building to allow for easier future maintenance or isolating the supply in the winter months.
